That's How I Like It!
For successful Hair Salon owners, Kory Banks and Christian Johnson, life just couldn't get any better. Kory snagged the Best Barber in the Northeast award for the third straight year. Christian just gave birth to a bouncing baby boy and is involved with a Professional Basketball Player who sniffs behind her, as she so eloquently puts it. The shop's business is booming and so is everybody else.
Now Kory is fine and he knows it, which is precisely the reason why his
wife, Mikala, threw him out, due to finding out the bouncing baby boy
Christian had is his. No one knows exactly what it is about Kory and
Christian that drove Kory to commit rape in a jealous rage, despite the fact
he's married. This landed Kory in jail with an unsympathetic wife.

Thankful
Spending time with family and friends, the ones I love, mean so much to me. I am thankful that God has blessed me with this life. I've mentioned in the past things I would have changed but honestly I wouldn't change anything about my life...it's the life that was given to me. With that being said have a wonderful time, eating, laughing and loving family because I will.

Healing from the Pain of the Past
Don't let the negative events that happen in your past affect the rest

Thanksgiving
As the holiday approaches I have so many things and people to be thankful for. I no longer take life for granted because tomorrow was never promised nor are the people in your life. There is nothing like family and friends who love you. I enjoy nothing more than being around family laughing, smiling, joking, telling stories, watching movies and just spending quality time. If you haven't taken the time to tell or show someone that you love them, it's never too late. Don't allow time to come between the people who mean the most to you, life is too short. So with that being said.....Love you, God Bless!

Dangerously
Just when things were looking up for Christian Johnson-Banks, a tragedy occurs, driving her to the brink of insanity. Faced with thoughts of not only ending her marriage to Kory Banks, but also ending her life, Christian desperately attempts to regain some normalcy and recapture the happiness she once knew and loved. Is it within her reach or beyond her grasp?
Marcella Japs, the perfect wife with a not-so-perfect husband, is determined to make her marriage work, despite her husband Lance's past infidelities. Question is, even with counseling sessions, is the damage repairable?
Karen Whitman, the black sheep of the family, struggles with her overwhelming sense of guilt for her feelings of being responsible for the Banks family's current misery. She deals with constant feelings of depression, desperation, and shame that push her further away from the ones she loves. Is there any coming back from the black hole in which she has cast herself?
The sequel to That's How I Like It draws you into the personal lives of Christian Johnson-Banks, Kory Banks, Marcella Japs, and Karen Whitman as they continue to fight the trials and tribulations life throws their way.
